Cheese Mould 7 Hard Cheese With Built-In Base With a Follower 110 x 90mm

Mould 7 is a Cylinder mould with a built-in base 110mm (diameter) x 90mm (tall) for making 1lb (500g) Hard cheeses, such as Cheddar and Cheshire. It includes a follower for use when pressing the cheese to extract the whey. This mould works well with the Homestead Round Cheese Press.

    If you've got the Homestead Cheese Making Kit with Cheese Press, then it's really worth getting one of these as well. It fits well into the cheese press, but, more importantly, it's just the right size for the 8 pint cheese recipe that comes with the kit.
