Mould 7 is a Cylinder mould with a built-in base 110mm (diameter) x 90mm (tall) for making 1lb (500g) Hard cheeses, such as Cheddar and Cheshire. It includes a follower for use when pressing the cheese to extract the whey. This mould works well with the Homestead Round Cheese Press.
