Penicillium Candidum 15g Sachet

Penicillium Candidum is designed for the production of the white mould found on cheeses such as Camembert and Brie. Mix the mould with water and spray over the surface ior mix into the milk at the renneting stage. Sachet contains enough culture for 250-300 litres of milk. Can be stored for up to 2 years if kept frozen.
