Pack of 20 disposable cheese cloths 60cm x 90cm. These blue disposable cheese cloths are manufactured from a special food-grade polyethylene that is produced from 100% polymer.
Designed exclusively for food contact, there is no recycled material used in the production of the cloth. In addition, they do not contain any plasticisers or other additives that could leach out into the cheese, even after a prolonged period of time. This also means that the cheese cloth has no taste or aroma that could ever be transferred onto the cheese.
Place the cloth over the mould with the smooth side facing inwards. Add the curd and fold the cloth over the top. Can also be used for wrapping cheeses that require prolonged storage. The smooth surface on the cloth ensures that it is easily and cleanly removed from the cheese after both storage and pressing.
