600 Antibacterial Wipes with Bucket Dispenser. Dairy Milking Dairy Wipes are used for the routine cleansing and disinfection of the udder and teats prior to milking - and by using Dairy Wipes as part of your dairy hygiene programme you can reduce the risk of chapped teats and prevent the transfer of mastitis. These wipes have been specifically formulated for use in the dairy industry. The gentle moisturized cloths are simple to use in one quick wash'n'wipe operation.
They contain both Cetrimide and Chlorhexidine for maximum antibacterial strength. The udder wipes are unperfumed and contain added emollients which replace the natural oils that are removed when the cleaning operation takes place. The further inclusion of a conditioner helps prevent tautness and ensures a supple smooth surface to the skin. Cracks in the skin can be a haven where bacteria thrive. The low alcohol levels in the wipes ensures thorough sterile cleansing, but at the same time they do not cause the teats to become chilled because undue evaporation is occurring. This means that the teats do not shrink and so there is no possibility of 'overmilking' when the teat cups are fitted at milking time.
The wipes are packed in sturdy buckets with re-sealable dispenser lids that allow each wipe to be removed from the centre of the roll and re-sealed after use. Simply flip down the central overcap so that the wipes is kept clean, moist and ready for the next use.
