We will always do our best to process your order for dispatch to you within 24 hours of receiving it.
We send most orders by Royal Mail. Their prices are reasonable, they are very reliable and they are particularly good at delivering to rural addresses. If you would like your package to be left in a safe place, or with neighbours, please let us know when you set up your account or when place your order. Just fill in the Delivery Instructions field when you are entering your address.
We send all orders out as quickly as we can but if you need something urgently and would like us to send it by express delivery please call us on 01295 713188 so we can arrange that for you.
We have found that the fairest way to calculate shipping costs is by weight.

2kg to 5kg £5.95
5kg to 10kg £7.95
10kg to 20kg £14.95
20kg - 30kg £22.95
If your shipment is heavier than 30kg please call us on 01295 713188 or email us at info@homesteadfarmsupplies.co.uk and we will go through the options with you.
Orders from outside the UK
We are not currently shipping orders outside the UK.
Returns
You may return items in brand new re-sellable condition (including packaging) within 30 days of delivery for exchange or a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of returning the item. We will refund you via the same method you used to pay for the item.
If you need to return an item, please phone or email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
