Cheese culture - Penicillium Roquefortii Blue Mould 15g Sachet

Penicillium Roquefortii is used in the manufacture of Roquefort, Stilton and other Blue Cheeses. Mix the mould with water and spray over the surface or mix into the milk at the renneting stage. Each sachet holds sufficient culture for 500 litres of milk.
